Shipping Information
We ship most
orders within 1-3 business days. Most customers receive their order
within 2-5 days of the date the order was processed for ground or home delivery service
shipments. Please consider that orders are delayed when the bill to and ship to address is different. This delay can be from 1 to 5 days typically. We try to keep all items in stock 100% of the time. At times we have a heavy demand for an item or the supplying vendor back orders an item leaving us with no stock temporarily for that particular item. This situation will add an additional delay.

FedEx packages
are shipped every day with the exception of weekends and holidays. Note: FedEx can not ship to a post office box.
Shipping
cost - is your system accurate? Our system is tied
to the FedEx shipping tables and is very accurate. However, the
system does have limitations. Shopping carts dont take the physical size of a box into consideration. Once boxed we enter this information and adjust freight when nessesary.
Shipping
your equipment to us for repair -
Please contact us for an RA number before shipping an item to our facility.
The RA number must be printed on the outside of the box. A package
received without an RA number will be refused. No C.O.D's please.

Signature
required - Orders that are $250.00 or more are shipped signature required.
Minimum
orders -
We have no set minimum order. Regardless
of how small an order may be, we are happy that you selected
us and appreciate your business.
Address
Corrections (customer
redirects) An error as simple
as a zip code or street address will result in an address correction
by FedEx. When
this occurs there will be a charge from the shipper for an address correction if the package has been shipped.
Late
deliveries -
Please contact us ASAP.
Damaged
deliveries -
We must be informed within 2 business days via email in the
event an item arrives damaged. We treat FedEx claims as a priority
and will file a claim within 1-2 business days from the day
we were informed. The box, packing materials, and the damaged
item should be kept in the event FedEx request's and inspection.
An item that is priced $30 or less including freight will
be replaced in a timely fashion without waiting for the claim
process to be completed by FedEx. Items priced for more than
$30 including freight will be replaced once FedEx has settled
the claim. This offer is for US shipments only. |
