| We normally ship most
orders within 1-2 business days. Please add an additional 2-3 days to ship when services are added. Most customers receive their order
within 2-4 days of the date the order was processed (excluding weekends and holidays) for ground service
shipments when no services have been added. Please add an additional 2-3 days to ship when services are added. Below is a summary of the process and additional considerations that may delay the shipment of your order. For in transit time frames check the shipping information page. Note:

Web order with same ship to and bill to: Normally no complication. The item normally ships within one to two business days excluding the weekend and holidays.
A) Consider that we my have a heavy demand for an item or the supplying vendor back orders an item leaving us with no stock temporarily for that particular item. Supplying vendors don't always notify us that an item had been back ordered, we find out when the box is opened. This situation will add an additional delay.
B) An item may be ordered with service added. Consider the possibility that the service department may be experiencing a heavy load that can lead to a delay in shipping your order. Normally this would not add more than a one day delay to the shipping your order.
C) While rare in Texas we do experience inclement weather that can prevent employees and UPS from making the trip to our location. This of course can delay the shipment of your order. |

Web order with different ship to and bill to: Please consider that orders are delayed when the bill to and ship to address is different.
A) This type or order requires and address verification procedure. This procedure requires your bank to be called in order to verify the phone number and address on file with your bank matches the address on the order. If the ship to address does not match we are required to call the phone number on file with the bank to verify your order. Your order is now on hold until we reach you on that phone number.

US Postal Deliveries: Required for PO addresses and all orders out of the continental boundaries of the U.S.
US postal does not pick up our packages. We hand deliver orders two times per week (Tuesday and Thursday). If this is not acceptable we do offer an expedited service for an additional $10.00 fee. We must be informed - just type notes to this effect in the note section upon check out. |

Orders with mailed in funds: This includes personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. Items are not pulled and committed until the check clears.
A) The order is held for 10 days for the check to clear.
