We offer helmet headset installation as an option for our motorcycle helmets. We sell motorcycle helmets and helmet headsets separately as well as a finished product with the headset installed by our factory trained tech's.

Purchase instructions - Our purchase tag has 5 options.

Note: Each helmet headset requires a lower cord section to connect the headset to your motorcycle's system.

First option is the color- please realize that your screen may not reflect the true color.
Second option is the size- please refer to the sizing instructions below. A correct fit is extremely important.
Third option is the headset type- If a headset is not desired skip to the "purchase" button to place your order. If a headset is desired, make your selection based upon your bike's audio system. The helmet headsets with (HO) on the end of the model number are for use with Harley®, Victory® Vision & Kawasaki® audio systems.
Fourth option is the lower cord for your application. Refer to the lower cord chart above and make a selection according to your application.
Fifth option is an installation option- We offer headset installation as an option for most headsets. However J&M has set strict guidelines to a few headset model numbers. The 584 Pro is one of those numbers. We are required to undergo training at the J&M facility in order to sell and install these headsets. The Pro series can not be sold without installation. J&M wants it done right and we don't blame them for that.

How to Fit Your Arai Helmet

High Performance Integrated Headsets

How well your helmet fits your head is one of the most important factors in the ability of the helmet to protect your head in the event of an accident. All of us here at Motorcycle-communications.com want to insure that you receive a helmet that fits properly and if it does not, to make sure that it is promptly exchanged for a size that does. Please measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows and choose the correct size from the size chart below.

If you should need to exchange your helmet for one of another size or color, simply call or email us within 5 days of receipt at
returns@motorcycle-communications.com. We will issue an RA number (normally within 1 business day). Once an RA number has been obtained just ship it to us. Please include instructions as to which size you wish to substitute.

To insure a high standard of quality control, no refund or exchange will be honored if the helmet is returned with it's finish scuffed or scratched, any parts missing or the Arai carton is broken or damaged.
